All payments made to Cluely AI are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to use the product

• User dissatisfaction

• Subscription cancellation before the end of the billing cycle

We offer demos to help evaluate the product before purchase. Please review carefully before subscribing.

5. Alpha Software / “As-Is” Disclaimer

Cluely AI is currently in alpha testing and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or performance inconsistencies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is provided “as is” with no guarantees of reliability, uptime, or accuracy.

• You will not hold Cluely AI liable for any issues arising from the use of pre-release software.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.

• Use the AI to impersonate others or engage in deceptive practices.
