• Session Data: Audio and text transcripts from calls you process through Cluely AI.

• Usage Logs: When you access the platform, browser info, actions taken.

• Account Info: Name, email, role, and company name.

We do not collect or store payment details directly — these are handled securely by our third-party provider.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

• Deliver and improve our real-time AI features.

• Monitor platform stability and abuse.

• Troubleshoot user-reported issues.

We do not:

• Sell your data.

• Share call content with third parties.

• Use data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

• Access is limited to vetted team members under NDA.

• We use third-party SOC 2–compliant infrastructure providers.

4. Data Retention

• Call data is stored temporarily for AI training (with anonymization).

• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hi+support@cluelyai.com.

• Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we store about you.

• Request corrections or deletions.

• Opt-out of anonymized model training (by toggling in settings).
