Session Data: Audio and text transcripts from calls you process through Cluely AI.
Usage Logs: When you access the platform, browser info, actions taken.
Account Info: Name, email, role, and company name.
We do not collect or store payment details directly — these are handled securely by our third-party provider.
2. How We Use Data
We use your data to:
Deliver and improve our real-time AI features.
Monitor platform stability and abuse.
Troubleshoot user-reported issues.
We do not:
Sell your data.
Share call content with third parties.
Use data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access is limited to vetted team members under NDA.
We use third-party SOC 2–compliant infrastructure providers.
4. Data Retention
Call data is stored temporarily for AI training (with anonymization).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hi+support@cluelyai.com.
Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
Request access to the data we store about you.
Request corrections or deletions.
Opt-out of anonymized model training (by toggling in settings).
6. International Users
If you are outside the United States, be aware that your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
